摘 要:以甲基丙烯酰氯和1-金刚烷醇为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,采用酯化方法合成了1-金刚烷基甲基丙烯酸酯(ADMA),研究反应温度、反应时间、缚酸剂用量以及原料配比对ADMA收率的影响。结果表明:甲基丙烯酰氯与1-金刚烷醇物质的量比为1.5∶1,阻聚剂吩噻嗪和缚酸剂三乙胺质量分数分别为1.2%、49.4%,反应温度、反应时间分别为30℃、21 h为最佳反应条件,ADMA的收率为86.5%。1-adamantyl methacrylate(ADMA)was synthesized by the esterification reaction of methacryloyl chloride with 1-adamantol,and methylene chloride was used as the solvent.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the deacid reagent and raw material ratio on the yield of ADMA were studied in detail.The results showed that the molar ratio of methacryloyl chloride to 1-adamantol was 1.5∶1,the mass percent of polymerization inhibitor phenothiazine and the deacid reagent triethylamine were 1.2% and 49.4%,respectively,the reaction temperature and time were 30℃ and 21 h respectively for Under the optimum reaction conditions,with the yield of ADMA reached 86.5%.
