摘 要:研究经椅旁CAD/CAM系统合成的3种不同的二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷在口腔磨损修复中的短期临床效果。经CAD/CAM系统制作3种不同的二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷材料对患牙进行修复,使用二硅酸锂可切削玻璃陶瓷CAD/CAM,其中32例采用普通嵌体进行修复,36例采用高嵌体进行修复;32例采用二硅酸锂可切削玻璃陶瓷CAD/CAM全冠修复,术后回访时间12个月。实验完成后的满意度调查表为改进后的美国公共卫生服务(USPHS)标准量表,从多角度评价普通嵌体、高嵌体和全冠修复的修复效果。结果表明:完成随访调查的患者为98例,其中普通嵌体31例、高嵌体35例和全冠修复32例。3种修复组的有无折裂、边缘着色、有无变色、继发龋、边缘密合度、表面质地比较差异均不显著(P>0.05)。说明椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作的3种二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷材料在口腔磨损修复中短期临床效果满意。3种二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷材料修复后牙缺损的成功率差异不显著(P>0.05)。To study the short-term clinical effects of three different lithium disilicate glass ceramics synthesized by leaning CAD/CAM system in oral wear repair.Three different lithium disilicate glass-ceramic materials were made by CAD/CAM system to repair the affected teeth.Lithium disilicate Machinable glass-ceramic CAD/CAM was used,of which 32 cases were repaired with ordinary inlays and 36 cases with high inlays;32 cases were repaired with lithium disilicate machinable glass ceramic CAD/CAM full crown.The follow-up time was 12 months.The satisfaction questionnaire after the experiment was the improved American public health service(USPHS)standard scale to evaluate the repair effect of common inlay,high inlay and full crown repair from multiple angles.The results showed that 98 patients completed the follow-up survey,including 31 cases of common inlay,35 cases of high inlay and 32 cases of full crown restoration.There were no significant differences in fracture,edge coloring,discoloration,secondary caries,edge tightness and surface texture among the three repair groups(P>0.05).It shows that three kinds of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic materials made by leaning CAD/CAM system have satisfactory short-term clinical effects in oral wear repair.There was no significant difference in the success rate of three kinds of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic materials in repairing posterior tooth defects(P>0.05).
