摘  要:为了响应《“交通强国”建设纲要》和《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》的建设要求,针对我国综合交通系统的发展现状,系统分析了当前综合交通系统存在的问题,提出了面向“网络化布局、一体化融合、高质量发展”三大重点方向的具体发展对策,包括:创建统筹协调-布局优化的综合交通体系规划新理论、构建综合交通体系一体化协同发展的决策支持平台与打造以综合交通模型系统(TIM)为核心的支撑技术体系。本文通过西部陆海新通道的规划案例分析,证明了提出策略的可行性与可操作性。In response to the construction requirements of the national plans"A Country with Strong Transportation Network"and"The Planning of National Integrated Three-dimensional Transportation Network",this paper analyzes existing problems of China's comprehensive transportation system based on the current development status.Three major development countermeasures are proposed for the principles of"network layout,integrated fusion,and high-quality development",including developing a new planning theory for comprehensive transportation system coordination and layout optimization,creating a decision-support platform for the development of integrated and coordinated comprehensive transportation system,and proposing a supporting technology system centered on transportation information modeling(TIM).Finally,this study shows the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed countermeasures through the planning case of the new western land-sea corridor.
