摘　　要：目的:旨在探索基于信息化手段的临床药师规范化培训新型教学模式。方法:本文针对传统工作站应用于临床药师培训的缺陷,提出了“医药护”一体化移动工作站的概念。通过构建基于一体化移动工作站的教学查房及药学监护步骤,对132名临床药师培训学员进行了教学实践。结果:在连续3届临床药师规范化培训中,“医药护”一体化移动工作站赢得了培训药师的肯定。培训学员对工作站的总体满意率(包含满意和非常满意)分别达到了92.7%、96.7%、94.3%。结论:该平台的推广应用能够弥补传统教学手段的不足,为临床药学培训的信息化转型做出积极的尝试。OBJECTIVE This study aimed to explore the new teaching model based on information technology in the standardlized training of clinical pharmacists.METHODS In view of the shortcomings of traditional workstations for clinical pharmacist training,this paper proposed the concept of physician-pharmacist-nurse integrated mobile workstation.By establishing an integrated mobile workstation-based teaching ward rounds and pharmacy monitoring step,132 clinical pharmacist training trainees were trained.RESULTS In the three consecutive sessions of standardized training for clinical pharmacists,the physician-pharmacist-nurse integrated mobile workstation has won the affirmation of pharmacists in training.The overall satisfaction rates of the three sessions of trainees with the workstation(including satisfied and very satisfied)were 92.7%,96.7%and 94.3%,respectively.CONCLUSION The application of this platform can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,and make a positive and beneficial attempt for the information transformation of clinical pharmacy training.
