基于钳工企业新型学徒制人才培养的探索与应用

摘　　要：为加快建设知识型、技能型、创新性劳动大军,大力推进技能人才培养工作,深化“黄冈工匠”人才培育行动,推进校企合作,结合黄冈市本地企业生产实际需求,我们与黄冈晨鸣浆纸有限公司开展“企业新型学徒制”钳工培养试点工作,初步探索了依据国家职业标准,对接企业实际工作岗位的企业新型学徒制钳工课程体系、考核评价体系等,组建班级并取得了实效。In order to speed up the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative workforce, vigorously promote the cultivation of skilled talents, deepen the talent cultivation action of "Huanggang Craftsmen", promote school-enterprise cooperation, and combine the actual production needs of local enterprises in Huanggang City, the author’s school cooperated with Huanggang Chen Ming Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. carried out the pilot work of "enterprise new apprenticeship" fitter training, and initially explored the new enterprise apprentice fitter course system, assessment and evaluation system based on the national occupational standards, connecting with the actual work positions of the company, and established classes and achieved practical results.
