摘 要:本文针对某前置后驱车型在90~100km/h行驶过程中的齿轮噪声问题,利用MASTA分析软件,搭建了完整的动力传动系统仿真分析模型。分析结果表明,90~100km/h对应的工况下主减速器主齿轴承振动加速度幅值偏高。对后桥主减速器壳体的刚度、支撑轴承的刚度、齿轮参数和后桥横拉杆的结构进行了设计优化后,齿轮传递误差明显减小,主齿轴承振动加速度幅值明显降低。最后通过实车验证,90~100km/h行驶过程中的齿轮噪声明显降低,成功解决了该车型后桥齿轮噪声问题。In this paper, aiming at the gear noise problem of a front-rear-drive vehicle in the process of driving at 90~100km/h, a complete powertrain simulation analysis model is built using MASTA analysis software. The analysis results show that the vibration acceleration amplitude of the main gear bearing of the main reducer is relatively high under the corresponding working conditions of 90~100km/h. After the design and optimization of the stiffness of the rear axle main reducer housing, the stiffness of the support bearing, the gear parameters and the structure of the rear axle tie rod, the gear transmission error is significantly reduced, and the vibration acceleration amplitude of the main tooth bearing is significantly reduced. Finally, through the actual vehicle verification, the gear noise during the 90~100km/h driving process is significantly reduced, and the problem of the rear axle gear noise of this model is successfully solved.
