摘 要:浅埋隧道下穿既有桥梁是隧道施工中的难点,易引起桥桩等部位沉降变形甚至倒塌破坏。为控制浅埋隧道下穿既有桥梁墩台的施工位移量,以玉磨铁路段勐养隧道下穿思小高速桥梁为例,采用MIDAS有限元软件对该段地表注浆加固、隧道内超前加强支护措施进行模拟分析,得出不同控制措施下地表及桥梁墩台的位移变形量,并与施工期间的变形监控量测数据进行对比。结果表明:针对浅埋矿山法施工的隧道,采取地表注浆加固且隧道内进行超前加强支护相结合的控制措施,地表及桥梁墩台位移最小,反之位移最大,且地表注浆加固对地表位移控制效果优于洞内加强措施;浅层地表注浆加固对隧道内位移影响不大。It is a difficult point in tunnel construction that a shallow tunnel penetrates an existing bridge,and it is easy to cause settlement and deformation of bridge piles and other parts and even lead to collapse and damage.In order to control the construction displacement of the shallow buried tunnel passing through the existing bridge abutment,taking the Mengyang tunnel passing through the Sixiao high-speed bridge in the Yumo railway section as an example,the MIDAS finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the surface grouting reinforcement and advanced reinforcement support measures in the tunnel to obtain the displacement and deformation of the ground surface and bridge piers and abutments under different control measures,which is compared with the deformation monitoring and measurement data during the construction period.The results show that for the tunnel constructed by the shallow-buried mining method,the control measures of surface grouting reinforcement and advanced reinforcement support in the tunnel are adopted,the displacement of the surface and bridge piers is the smallest,and vice versa;the displacement control effect is better than that of the reinforcement measures in the tunnel;and the shallow surface grouting reinforcement has little effect on the displacement in the tunnel.
