摘　　要：菊花芯柚是独产于张家界市的红肉甜柚地方优良品种。为了综合评价其品质特性,优化菊花芯柚栽培技术,促进产业健康可持续发展,在调研菊花芯柚生产基地基本情况的基础上,对9个生产基地的果实样品进行了内外在品质测定,并进行感官评价,分析果实品质的影响因素。结果表明:不同样品在种子数、固酸比上存在显著性差异,6号样品表现出少籽、固酸比高的优异性状,在感官评价中获得最高分82.30分。以枳柚为砧木的菊花芯柚平均种子数为68.83粒,显著低于以枳为砧木的种子数(108.25粒)和以酸柚为砧木的种子数(105.67粒)。说明不同栽培条件下菊花芯柚的品质差异显著,建议选用枳柚为砧木的菊花芯柚苗木。Juhuaxin pomelo is a red shaddock variety,only produced in Zhangjiajie of Hunan Province.This paper aims to optimize the cultivation technique of Juhuaxin pomelo and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.Based on the investigation on the basic situation of Juhuaxin pomelo production bases,we measured the fruit external-and internal-quality indicators and performed the sensory evaluation for Juhuaxin pomelo samples picked from nine production bases.The factors affecting the fruit quality were further analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in seed number and total soluble solids/titratable acid ratio among different samples.Sample No.6 showed good quality with few seeds and high soluble solids/titratable acid ratio,meanwhile,it got the highest score of 82.30 points in sensory evaluation.The average number of seeds with Citrus citrumelo as the rootstock was 68.83,which was significantly fewer than that with Poncirus trifoliate as the rootstock(108.25 seeds)and with Citrus grandis as the rootstock(105.67 seeds).The quality of Juhuaxin pomelo was significantly different under different cultivation conditions.It is suggested that Citrus citrumelo can be used as rootstock for the cultivation.
