摘  要:对5个饲用苎麻品种的叶片、萝卜根、繁殖根干粉进行绿原酸提取液抑菌试验,筛选出对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌抑制效果最好的苎麻品种及其器官,通过对比抗生素(金霉素)的抑菌效果,明确其是否可体外替代抗生素。结果表明:苎麻各器官绿原酸含量规律为叶片>萝卜根>繁殖根,其中叶片绿原酸含量0.15%~0.82%,供试的5个品种中以乐业灰绿苎最高(0.82%),其次是红尖麻(0.67%),芦竹青最低;5个品种的叶片、萝卜根、繁殖根绿原酸提取液都具有不同程度的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑制效果大小为叶片>萝卜根>繁殖根;1 g/mL的桐木苎麻和乐业灰绿苎叶片干粉绿原酸提取液对大肠杆菌的抑制效果与0.98 mg/mL的金霉素相当,1 g/mL的桐木苎麻叶片干粉绿原酸提取液对沙门氏菌的抑制效果与0.49 mg/mL的金霉素相当。说明苎麻叶片干粉绿原酸提取液具有替代抗生素的潜力。The bacteriostatic test was conducted with chlorogenic acid extracts from leaf,storage root and reproductive root dry powders of five forage ramie varieties to screen out ramie varieties and organs with the optimum inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Salmonella.By comparing the bacteriostatic effect with antibiotics(chlortetracycline),it was determined whether chlorogenic acid extract of ramie could replace antibiotics in vitro.The results showed that the chlorogenic acid content of ramie organs was leaf>storage root>reproductive root,especially it reached 0.15%-0.82%in the leaves.The chlorogenic acid content of ramie varieties was as follows:Leye Gray-Green Ramie(0.82%)>Red-Point Ramie(0.67%)>Tongmu Ramie>Hunan Feed Fiber Ramie>Luzhu Green.The chlorogenic acid extracts of leaf,storage root and reproductive root of five varieties had different bacteriostatic effects on E.coli and Salmonella,which were in the order:leaf>storage root>reproductive root.The inhibitory effect of 1g/mL chlorogenic acid extract from leaf drypowder of Tongmu Ramie and of Leye Gray-Green Ramie on E.coli was each similar to that of 0.98mg/mL chlortetracycline,and the inhibitoryeffect of 1g/mL chlorogenic acid extract of Tongmu Ramie leaf dry powder on Salmonella was similar to that of 0.49mg/mL chlortetracy-cline,which have demonstrated that the chlorogenic acid extract of ramie leaf dry powder has the potential to replace antibiotics.
