摘 要:持水率是水平井产液剖面测井的关键参数之一,水平井油水两相流流型由于受到井筒斜度影响复杂多变,导致准确测量持水率非常困难。根据中国水平井的开发特点,采用集流式测井方案,利用环形阵列电导传感器与周向阵列电导探针传感器组合的持水率测量实验样机,在水平井多相流模拟实验装置上对油水两相流持水率测量方法开展了动态实验研究。分析模拟井筒倾斜角对持水率测量传感器输出响应的影响,计算持水率测量误差。实验结果表明,在流量为3~200 m^(3)/d时,持水率的测量范围为30%~100%;当油水两相流总流量小于60 m^(3)/d时,持水率的测量结果要进行井筒倾斜角的校正;当油水两相流总流量大于60 m^(3)/d时,持水率的测量结果受井筒倾斜角的影响可忽略。研究结果为水平井产液剖面油水两相流的持水率测量提供了一种新方法。Water holdup is one of the key parameters of production profile logging in horizontal well.It is very difficult to accurately measure water holdup due to the complex and variable flow patterns of oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal well affected by borehole inclination.According to the development characteristics of horizontal wells in China,the collecting flow logging scheme is adopted,and the water holdup measurement prototype with the combination of annular array conductance sensor and circumferential array conductance probe sensor is used to carry out the dynamic experimental research for the water holdup measurement method of oil-water two-phase flow on the multiphase flow simulation experimental device of horizontal well.The influence of simulated wellbore inclination angle on the output response of water holdup measurement sensor is investigated and analyzed,and the measurement error of water holdup is calculated.The experimental results show that the measuring water holdup ranges from 30%to 100%,while the flow rate ranges from 3 m^(3)/d to 200 m^(3)/d.When the total flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow is less than 60 m^(3)/d,the influence of the well inclination angle on the measurement results of water holdup should be corrected.However,when the total flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow is greater than 60 m^(3)/d,the influence of the well inclination angle on the measurement result of water holdup can be ignored.The research results in this paper provide a new method for measuring water holdup of oil-water two-phase flow of production profile logging in horizontal well.
