摘  要:水平井和大斜度井的平均持水率参数测量是多相流产出剖面解释中一个非常重要的参数。由于水平井中随着流量、含水率和井斜的复杂组合变化,井筒中油水两相流的流型复杂多变,目前采用的测量方式是多探头环形分布测量。为了准确获取平均持水率参数,在多相流实验平台中,采用控制变量的方式进行不同流量和含水率的物理模拟实验,然后利用阵列持率仪进行数据采集和预处理。提出自然间断点法,对油水两相进行划分和计算平均持水率,并采用Java进行算法的具体实现。通过对比分析自然间断点法所算持水率与关井持水率的一致性,认为自然间断点法可以有效地进行油水两相边界的划分以及平均持水率参数的计算。The average water holdup parameter measurement of horizontal wells and highly deviated wells is a very important parameter in the interpretation of multiphase flow production profile.Due to the complex combination of flow rate,water cut and well deviation in horizontal wells,the flow pattern of the oil-water two-phase flow in the wellbore is complex and changeable.The current measurement method is multi-probe annular distribution measurement.In order to accurately obtain the parameters of average water holdup,physical simulation experiments of different flow rates and water cuts are carried out by means of controlled variables in the multiphase flow experiment platform.We use the array holdup meter for data acquisition and preprocessing.The natural break point method is proposed,which divides the oil and water phases and calculates the average water holdup,and uses Java to implement the algorithm.Through comparative analysis of the consistency between the water holdup calculated by the natural break point method and the shut-in water holdup,it is believed that the natural break point method can effectively recognize the oil-water two-phase boundary and calculate the average water holdup parameters.
