当代审美治理的路径探究:以文化政策为视角

摘　　要：审美治理是社会实现自由治理的重要途径。在当代社会,审美治理研究呈现出理论与实践相分离的态势,而文化政策则在审美治理的理论与实践中提供了一条理想通往现实的可行道路。文化政策内含着审美治理的核心思想,通过政策在特定的时空中将具有美学意义的文化重新整合组织,并以知识分子具有社会影响的权威性话语权利,使文化资源在特定的审美时空中生效。在这一过程中,文化政策维护现代社会的审美制度、审美法则,建构系统的美的思想制度与审美的生活制度。Aesthetic governance is an important way to realize free governance in society.In contemporary society,the study of aesthetic governance presents a separation between theory and practice.Cultural policy provides a feasible way from ideal to reality in the theory and practice of aesthetic governance.Cultural policy contains the core thoughts of aesthetic governance,and through the policy reintegrates and organizes the culture with aesthetic significance in the specific time and space.By the au⁃thoritative discourse power of intellectuals with social influence,cultural policy make the cultural resources effective in the spe⁃cific aesthetic time and space.In this process,the cultural policy maintains the aesthetic system and aesthetic law of modern so⁃ciety and constructs the systemetic thought system and life system of aesthetics.
