摘　　要：美国国家综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)是32家权威癌症中心组成的学术机构,每年定期公布多种恶性肿瘤的临床诊治指南。其肿瘤诊治指南目前在国内外应用广泛。2022年第1版《NCCN子宫颈癌临床实践指南》在手术分期和手术治疗及放化疗原则上基本延续2021年旧版内容,主要对影像学检测原则进行了较大修改,同时重视免疫治疗的应用,特别是对于程序性死亡受体配体-1(programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1)阳性的复发转移性患者。在我国由于各地区医疗体制、医疗服务水平、医师和患者自身因素的差异,使得指南应用受到一定限制,因此需要通过充分认识指南,将指南与我国国情及患者实际情况相结合,从而更好地指导临床,为患者提供更合适的临床诊疗决策。National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)is an academic institution that is composed of 32 leading cancer centers.Every year NCCN regularly publishes a variety of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for malignant tumors.The NCCN clinical practice guidelines in oncology become the most widely used guidelines around the world.The NCCN guidelines for cervical cancer,version 1.2022,basically maintain the contents of the old version in the principles of surgical staging,surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemo-therapy,with great modification of the prinicples of imaging,and more emphasis on the applicaton of immunotherapy,especially for recur-rent and metastatic programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)positive patients.In China,because of the differences of medical systems,medical service level,doctors and patients in various regions,the application of the guidelines is limited to certain extent.Therefore,we need to fully understand the guidelines and combine the guidelines with domestic medical practice and patients'conditions,so as to better guide clinical practice and make more appropriate clinical decisions for patients.
