基于“卫阴”概念的卫分证证治研究

摘　　要：目的:基于“卫阴”概念,探究中医治疗卫表证候的辨治特点。方法:对民国以前古代医案中卫分证的症状表现、用药特点进行数据挖掘,分析其证治特点。结果:通过聚类分析得到与感邪性质、病位相关的6种不同证型。治疗卫分证的药物性寒凉、味甘苦辛者居多,且多归肺脾胃经,甘草、连翘、黄芩使用频次居前3位,养“卫阴”药物以麦冬、甘草、天花粉、芦根、玄参、生地、桑叶、葛根、石斛为主。卫分证的证候表现具有多样性的特点,以中上二焦的病症为多,其治疗以祛邪为主,养护卫阴为辅,同时应根据病性及具体病位的不同选取不同的护阴药物。结论:运用“卫阴”理论辨治卫分证具有重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine on syndrome differentiation and treatment of Wei Fen syndrome based on the concept of“Wei Yin”.Methods:Symptoms manifestation and medication characteristics of Wei Fen syndrome in ancient medical records before the Republic of China were analyzed using data mining.Results:Six different syndrome types related to the nature and location of pathogenic factors were obtained by cluster analysis.Most of the drugs used to treat Wei Fen syndrome were cold in nature,sweet,bitter and pungent in taste,and most of them belonged to lung,spleen and stomach meridian.Radix Glycyrrhizae、Fructus Forsythiae、Radix Scutellariae ranked the top 3 in use frequency,and the drugs for nourishing“Wei Yin”were mainly Ophiopogonis seu Liriopis、Radix Glycyrrhizae、Radix Trichosanthis、Rhizoma Phragmitis、Radix Scrophulariae、Semen Rehmanniae、Folium Mori、Radix Puerariae、Herba Dendrobii.The syndrome manifestations of Wei Fen syndrome had the characteristics of diversity,most of which belonged to the diseases of middle-jiao and upper-jiao.The treatment of Wei Fen syndrome was mainly to dispel pathogenic factors,supplemented by the maintenance of Wei Yin.At the same time,different drugs for protecting Yin should be selected according to the nature of the disease and the specific location of the disease.Conclusion:Using the theory of“Wei Yin”to treat Wei Fen syndrome has important clinical significance.
