摘 要:以乙烯基硅油为基料、石墨烯为填料,通过不同混合工艺制得硅橡胶导热垫片,考察了石墨烯用量和混合工艺对硅橡胶导热垫片性能的影响。结果表明,采用离心机混合时,随着石墨烯用量从0增加到1.5 g,基料黏度从32.4 mPa·s升至63.8 mPa·s,硅橡胶拉伸强度从0.23 MPa升至0.41 MPa后再降至0.17 MPa,拉断伸长率从52.1%提高到69.3%后再降至31.0%,密度稳定在3.21 g/cm^(3),邵尔OO硬度稳定在62度,阻燃等级从V-1级提高到V-0级,热导率从2.5 W/(m·K)升至6.5 W/(m·K),电绝缘性能降低;采用动混机搅拌工艺的硅橡胶导热垫片热导率、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和阻燃性能均高于采用离心机混合工艺的导热垫片。Using vinyl silicone oil as the base material and graphene as the filler,silicone rubber thermally conductive gaskets were prepared by different mixing processes.The effects of graphene dosage and mixing process on the performance of silicone rubber thermally conductive gaskets were investigated.The results show that with the increase of graphene dosage from 0 to 1.5 g,the viscosity of the base material increases from 32.4 mPa·s to 63.8 mPa·s,the tensile strength increases from 0.23 MPa to 0.41 MPa and then decreases to 0.17 MPa.The elongation at break increased from 52.1%to 69.3%and then decreased to 31.0%,the density was stable at 3.21 g/cm^(3),the Shore OO hardness was stable at 62 degrees,the flame retardant grade was increased from V-1 to V-0,and the thermal conductivity increases from 2.5 W/(m·K)to 6.5 W/(m·K),and the electrical insulation performance is reduced.The thermal conductivity,tensile strength,elongation at break and flame retardant performance of the silicone rubber thermal pad using the mechanical dynamic mixing process are higher than those using the centrifugal mixing process.
