摘　　要：目的:了解潍坊市市售蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留状况,以便采取相应的预防策略。方法:2018—2021年从潍坊市各类超市、农贸市场等随机购买蔬菜和水果,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对果蔬中13种有机磷农药残留量进行检测。检测结果判定依据《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)。结果:2018—2021年连续监测了蔬菜水果共计931份,共检出有机磷农药91份,检出率9.77%,超标样品22份,超标率2.36%。各种有机磷农药检出率较高的有毒死蜱、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷和灭线磷,国家明令禁止使用的农药甲胺磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷也有检出,叶菜类及根茎薯芋类有机磷农药检出较多。结论:潍坊市市售果蔬中农药残留总体超标率较低,但部分样品检出了国家明令禁止使用的高毒农药,相关部门应继续采取有效的措施,加强监督和检测。Objective:The situation of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits sold in Weifang was investigated to taking preventive measures.Method:From 2018 to 2021,the total of 13 organophosphorus indicators were measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in vegetables and fruits which were purchased from supermarkets,farmer’s markets.The basis of judgment was GB 2763—2021.Result:A total of 931 vegetables and fruits were continuously monitored from 2018 to 2021,and a total of 91organophosphorus pesticides were detected,with a detection rate of 9.77%,and 22 samples exceeded the standard,with a rate of 2.36%.The detection rate of various organophosphorus pesticides was higher,including chlorpyrifos,acephate,triazophos and amphos,methamidophos,methyl parathion,parathion was also detected,and more organophosphorus pesticides were detected in leaf vegetables and root potato and potato.Conclusion:The overall over-standard rate of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables sold in Weifang city was low,but some samples were found to be highly toxic pesticides which were banned by the state.Relevant departments should continue to take effective measures to strengthen supervision and detection.
