摘　　要：报告1例乳头状汗管囊腺瘤。患者男,54岁,右侧腋窝赘生物54年,破溃10余年。皮肤科检查:右侧腋窝多簇黄豆至蚕豆大小暗红色结节,部分融合成肿块,表面破溃。皮损组织病理学检查:表皮向下内折为囊腔,内有多数绒毛样突起,绒毛由两层细胞组成,内层见顶浆分泌,间质内致密浆细胞浸润。诊断:乳头状汗管囊腺瘤。治疗:手术切除。随访1年,患者无复发。This is a case report of syringocystadenoma papilliferum in the axilla.A 54-year-old male presented with an“excrescence”on his right axilla for fifty-four years and erosion for ten years.Physical examination showed that many clusters of soybean-like to broad bean-like red nodules,parts merged into a mass,and a few nodules had erosions.Histopathological examination revealed:cystic invaginations extending from the epidermis down to the deep dermis,many villous protuberances with two layers of cells,and decapitation secretion in the inner layer cells,the stroma with a dense infiltrate with plasma cells.A diagnosis of syringocystadenoma papilliferum was made.Local resection was operated and the patient was followed up for one year without recurrence.
