摘　　要：对本科生导师制内涵进行研究,在此基础上对实施主体、管理机制、运行环境三个方面进行分析,继而构造出本科生导师制影响因素的基本模型,针对本科生导师制的影响因素提出相应的提升对策,以期对本科生导师制的有效开展提供参考。This paper studies the connotation of undergraduate tutorial system;analyzes the implement subject,management mechanism and operating environment;and then constructs the basic model of influencing factors of undergraduate tutorial system.According to the influencing factors of undergraduate tutorial system,the countermeasures are proposed to provide references for the effective development of undergraduate tutorial system.
