摘  要:从高校资助育人中心理资助的意义出发,提出了以科学精准识别和帮扶为前提、贫困档案与心理健康档案的有机结合为基础、渗透科学有效的心理辅导为重点、健全突发事件心理应急援助机制为保障的心理资助体系,并指出心理资助要尊重保护隐私、遵循自愿参与、坚持平等和尊重的原则,从而促进家庭经济困难学生的健康成长,为家庭经济困难学生提供有力心理支持,促进学生成长成才。According to the meaning of psychological subsidization of funding for education center in colleges and universities,the study proposes the establishment of psychological subsidization system through scientific and precise identification and assistance as the premise,the organic combination of poverty file and psychological health file as the basis,the permeation of scientific and effective psychological guidance as the key point,the perfect of emergency psychological subsidization mechanism as the guarantee.Then the study points out the principle that we should obey during psychological subsidization:respecting and protecting privacy,following volunteer participation,and insisting on equality and respect,to promote the healthy development of students with financial difficulties,provide strong psychological support,and promote their growth.
