摘 要:目的:探讨专科层次医学院校开展公共卫生实践技能教学的方法和模式,为预防医学实验教学改革提供参考。方法:作为广东省内唯一一所招收预防医学专科层次学生的高校,肇庆医学高等专科学校以公共卫生执业助理医师实践技能考试为导向,在预防医学专业学生第四学期开设公共卫生综合实训课程,课程结束后问卷调查学生对课程反馈。结果:2019级课程期末考核总成绩(70.93±4.56)比2018级(74.63±3.87)高(t=2.990,P<0.01),2019级各项目得分均比2018级的高(P<0.05)。2018级和2019级项目得分最低的均是“公共卫生案例分析”,其次是“临床基本技能”、“卫生处理”、“采样与检测”、“个体防护”。课程结束后问卷调查结果显示,72.5%(58/80)学生对该门课程感兴趣;55.0%(44/80)认为开设这门课程非常有必要;61.3%(49/80)认为这门课程对未来通过公共卫生执业助理医师资格考试有帮助;41.1%(33/80)学生认为“临床基本技能”重要,需要花时间学习,38.4%(31/80)学生认为“公共卫生案例分析”重要。结论:预防医学实验教学改革取得初步进展,提高了学生实践技能的教学质量。Objective:To explore the teaching methods and patten of public health practice skills in medical colleges and universities,and to provide reference for preventive medicine experimental teaching reform.Methods:As the only college in Guangdong province that recruits students of preventive medicine at the junior college level,Zhaoqing Medical College offers comprehensive public health training courses for students of preventive medicine in the fourth semester,guided by the practical skills examination of assistant practicing physicians of public health.At the end of the course,students′feedback on the course was investigated by questionnaire.Results:The total score of the final examination of grade 2019(70.93±4.56)was higher than that of grade 2018(74.63±3.87)(t=2.990,P<0.01),and the score of each item of grade 2019 was higher than that of grade 2018(P<0.05).The lowest score for both grade 2018 and 2019 was“public health case analysis”,followed by“basic clinical skills”,“hygiene handling”,“sampling and testing”and“personal protection”.After the course,72.5%(58/80)of the students were interested in the course,55.0%(44/80)thought it is very necessary to offer this course,61.3%(49/80)thought this course would be helpful for passing the examination of assistant practicing physician of public health in the future,41.1%(33/80)thought“basic clinical skills”was important and needed time to learn,and 38.4%(31/80)thought“public health case analysis”was important.Conclusion:The experimental teaching reform of preventive medicine has made preliminary progress and improved the teaching quality of students′practical skills.
