摘 要:为了研究喷水室的热平衡方程修正后对热工计算结果的影响,本文详细分析了喷水室内空气与水之间的热质交换和热平衡方程修正公式的推导过程。并利用不同的热平衡方程,对温水喷淋加湿喷水室进行了热工计算。结果表明,在温水喷水室增焓加湿过程中,利用修正后的公式计算出喷水初温比原公式低,而且需要提供给喷淋水加热的能量也少,有利于空调系统节能降耗。本文可望为喷水室的热工计算提供指导意义。In order to analyze the effect of the modified heat balance equation of the spray chamber on the thermal calculation results,in this paper,the heat and mass exchange between the air and water in the spray chamber and the derivation of the correction formula of the heat balance equation are analyzed in detail.The thermal calculation of warm water spray humidification spray chamber is carried out by using different heat balance equation modified formula.The results show that the spray water temperature calculated by the modified formula is lower than that of the original formula in the process of increasing enthalpy and humidification,and the energy needed to heat the spray water is lower,which is beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction of air conditioning system.This paper is expected to provide guidance for thermal calculation of spray chamber.
