摘  要:针对稻草刨花板性能差,终端利用少的问题提出以稻草刨花为基底,与杨木单板结合制备一种新型复合材料。对影响该材料的工艺进行探讨,得到的具体结论为:一次热压成型工艺制备的复合板材各方面性能皆优于二次热压成型工艺制备的;一次热压成型工艺下,杨木单板胶粘剂最佳涂刷量为75g/m2,剖面密度为0.92g/m3;可根据板材使用环境添加0%~2%的MDI胶粘剂。通过对稻草基杨木复合板材包装盒进行设计,确定该材料具有良好的视觉传达体验。In view of the problems of low performance of rice straw particleboard and less terminal utilization of products,a new composite materi-al is prepared by combining rice straw particleboard with poplar veneer.The effect of technology on this material is discussed.And the specific con-clusions are showed as follows:the properties of the composite board prepared by the one time hot pressing process are better than that of the one prepared by the two times hot pressing process;in the one time hot pressing process,the best sizing amount of adhesive for the poplar veneer is 75g/m2,and the sectional density is 0.92g/m2;according to the application environment of the board,the MDI adhesive can be added with a content of 0%~2%.Through the packaging box design of straw based poplar veneer composite board,it is confirmed that the material has a good visual communica-tion experience.
