论《黄帝内经》“幽显既位”之生命哲学观

摘　　要：“幽显既位”之语可以代表古代宇宙自然哲学观及《黄帝内经》生命哲学观的基本内涵。其一,幽显所表达的可感与不可感状态对道本根论“有无观”及其如何引动事物变化具有重要哲学意义。道之“无”并非不存在,只是不显,即处于感官不可见、幽而不显的有实而无形状态。道作为本根在“幽”“显”状态间的自然自发转化,实现了从“无”到“有”的转换,是宇宙万物变化的内在根本形式。其二,幽显以其涵义上的对立与张力,可纳入阴阳二元论的理论范畴,侧重于阐释阴阳动静变化的基本机理。幽显哲学观与《黄帝内经》藏象、神明、司外揣内、见微知著、治未病等核心理论和思想关系密切。‘The order of explicit and implicit states in different regions’can represent the basic connotation of the ancient cosmological natural philosophy and the life philosophical view of Huangdi Neijing.First,the perceptible and imperceptible states expressed by Youxian(explicit and implicit states)are of great philosophical significance to the Daoist view of‘presence and absence’and telled how it leads to the variation of things.The‘absence’of Tao does not mean notbeing,it is in a state of being and formlessness which is imperceptible to any senses,invisible,inaudible,intangible,implicit but not explicit.As the natural and spontaneous transformation of the Tao root between explicit and implicit states,it has realized the transformation from‘nothing’to‘something’,which is the intrinsic fundamental structure for the variations of all things in the universe.Second,Youxian can be sorted out into the theoretical category of yin-yang dualism with its antagonism and tension in its meaning.It is focusing on explaining the basic mechanism of variation in yin and yang.The philosophical view of Youxian is closely related to the core theories and thoughts of Huangdi Neijing,such as visceral manifestation,Shenming,governing exterior to infer interior,recognize the whole through observation of subtleties,treating pro-disease.
