摘　　要：瞑眩反应是临床中比较常见的现象,它虽俨似病情的加重,但常预示着疾病的好转乃至痊愈。瞑眩反应形式多样,其发生具有突发性、一过性、多样性,常难以预测,但其发生也具有合理性。瞑眩反应的发生与疾病本身、干预手段及机体的状态有关,是多种因素综合作用的结果。正确认识瞑眩反应,不仅能够促进医疗活动的继续进行、保证应有的疗效,还能为患者的诊疗决策提供一定的参考,对于中医疗效评价体系的完善,也有着重要的意义。Dizziness reaction is a more common phenomenon in the clinical,it seems to aggravate the disease,but it often indicates the improvement of the disease and even recovery.The forms of dizziness reaction are diverse,and its occurrence is sudden,transient,and diversity,and often difficult to predict,but also has rationality.The occurrence of dizziness reaction is related to the disease itself,the intervention means and the state of the body,and it is the result of the comprehensive action of many factors.The correct understanding of dizziness reaction can not only promote the continuation of medical activities and ensure the due curative effect,but also provide a certain reference for patients’next diagnosis and treatment decision-making.What’s more,it is also of great significance to the improvement of the curative effect evaluation system of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
