基于古代名家医案探究五运六气学说的临床应用

摘　　要：运气学说是我国古代研究天时气候变化,以及天时气候变化对生物影响,特别是对人体生理病理影响的一门学说,对临床诊治疾病有着重要的指导意义。文章通过对《名医类案》《续名医类案》《宋元明清名医类案》3本医案著作中古代名家运用运气学说指导临床诊疗疾病医案的梳理分析,探究五运六气学说在临床的具体应用。主要包括5个方面:诠释病因病机、阐发前医不效缘由、解读病家特殊脉象、指导临证处方遣药、判断疾病预后转归。Five movements and six qi theory is the study of climate change in ancient times,as well as its impacts on biology,especially on human physiology and pathology.Therefore it has gave important guidance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The article has explored the clinical application of five movements and six qi theory through analyzing the medical records which ancient famous masters apply five movements and six qi theory in Mingyi Lei’an,Xu Mingyi Lei’an,and Song Yuan Ming Qing Mingyi Lei’an.We talked it in five sides:the cause and mechanism of disease onset,the reason why the former medicine is ineffective,special pulse of patients,clinical prescription dispatch,and the prognosis of the disease.
