中医寒热往来与藏医未熟热的对比研究

摘　　要：藏医学和中医学在各自承继、交叉传播与合流汇融的生命文化历程中有着诸多的异同点。文章通过中医寒热往来和藏医未熟热的定义、病证、治疗三方面对比,探究两者之间的差异,借此彰显两种医学历史演变和生命医学接触中有千丝万缕的联系。证实中医寒热往来和藏医未熟热属不同理论所产的同类疾病。均为外邪处于半表半里之间,有发热、也有恶寒、恶热表现,治疗采用具有和解少阳、清解表里、祛风除湿、益气扶正的药物。由此,依据二者临床诊治技术方式来重构祖国传统医学的整合方向,应是可以实践的期许。Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have many similarities and differences in their inheritance,cross spread and convergence of life and culture.This article passes heat-type alternating and Tibetan medicine immature fever to explore the differences between the two.This shows the inextricable connection between the two medical histories and the medical contact of life.Confirming that both belong to the same disease.All are caused by exogenous evil,with fever,and aversion to cold and heat.Treatment with a reconciliation of shaoyang,clear table,dispelling wind dehumidification,benifiting qi and supporting right drugs.Therefore,it is a practical hope to reconstruct the integration direction of traditional Chinese medicine according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques of the two.
