摘 要:肝纤维化是慢性肝病进展后病理改变,为肝硬化及肝细胞癌发展的重要环节。早期诊断肝纤维化和准确分期对尽早干预意义重大。肝穿刺活检是临床诊断肝纤维化的金标准,但患者接受度差,且无法评估肝脏整体。近年来,影像学技术如超声弹性成像、MRI、CT、PET/CT及人工智能逐渐用于评估肝纤维化。本文就影像学无创评估肝纤维化研究进展进行综述。Liver fibrosis is the pathological change in progression of chronic liver disease,which is an important link in the development of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Early diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis are of great significance.Liver biopsy is the golden standard for clinical diagnosis of liver fibrosis,but being poorly accepted by patients and can not be used to evaluate the whole liver.Recent years,imaging technologies,including ultrasound elastography,MRI,CT and PET/CT,as well as artificial intelligence(AI)had gradually been used to evaluate liver fibrosis.The advancements of imaging noninvasive evaluation on liver fibrosis were reviewed in this article.
