中西医结合护理对行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者负性情绪和并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合护理对行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者负性情绪和并发症的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月广州市红十字会医院眼科收治的100例行超声乳化吸出术的白内障患者,遵照随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取中西医结合护理。比较2组患者护理前后的负性情绪、视力水平、并发症发生率和护理满意率。结果出院前1 d,2组的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分均较同组入院当天明显降低,且观察组的上述负性情绪评分均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组术后单眼视力水平<0.3、0.3~0.5及>0.5的构成比差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可缓解行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者的负性情绪,减少术后并发症的发生,提高其护理满意率。Objective To explore the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 100 cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification in the Department of Ophthalmology at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The negative emotions,visual acuity,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results One day before discharge,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those at admission,and the above negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the postoperative monocular visual acuity constituent ratios of<0.3,0.3-0.5,and>0.5 between the two groups(all P>0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can alleviate the negative emotions of cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
