摘　　要：目的:观察突触融合蛋白6(STX6)在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达情况并探讨其临床意义。方法:收集57例HCC患者术后癌组织及其对应的癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法及Western blot检测癌组织与癌旁组织中STX6表达情况,分析STX6表达与HCC临床病理特征的关系。结果:免疫组织化学法及Western blot均显示癌组织中STX6的表达水平高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);STX6的表达水平与肿瘤大小、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:STX6在HCC癌组织中异常高表达,有望成为一种新的肿瘤标志物与治疗靶点。Objective:To determine the expression of Syntaxin6(STX6)in hepatocelluar carcinom(HCC)tissues and its clinical significance.Methods:Collecting 57 samples of liver cancer and pericancerous tissues,immunohistochemistry and Western blot were adopted to detect the expression of STX6,and analyzing the relationship between STX6 expression and clinicopathogical features of HCC.Results:The expression of STX6 was significantly higher than that in the adjacent pericancerous tissues,as both of immunohistochemistry and Western blot showed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The STX6 expression level had significant correlation with the tumor size and differentiation degree(P<0.05),but no obvious correlation with sex or age(P>0.05).Conclusions:STX6 has abnormal high expression in HCC tissues,which may be closely related with the occurrence and development of HCC,and is expected to be a novel tumor marker and target for treatment of HCC.
