摘　　要：目的:探讨可视化3D影像引导下肝脏S8段腹侧段切除的可行性。方法:回顾分析2015年以来在可视化3D影像引导下9例肝脏S8段腹侧段切除术患者临床资料。结合3D影像术前明确S8段腹侧段肝蒂,术中经第一肝门途径解剖结扎目标肝蒂,根据缺血线及肝中肝右静脉定位行S8段腹侧段切除。结果:9例患者皆按照术前可视化3D影像规划的手术预案进行切除,术后恢复良好。结论:在可视化3D影像引导下经第一肝门解剖S8段腹侧段肝蒂行腹侧段切除安全可行。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of the anatomical resection of the ventral part of the segment 8 by using Three-Dimension.Methods:We retrospective analysized 9 patients from 2015 who had been received the operation of the ventral part of the segment 8.According to the Three-Dimension,we ligated the Glisson pedical of the ventral part of the S8 using the first porta hepatis approach,then,the resection margin was made by the hepatic ischemic line and the right hepatic vein and the middle hepatic vein.Results:All patients’operations was the same as the operation plans and recovery well.Conclusion:The first porta hepatis approach maybe a good method to finish anatomical resection of the ventral part of the segment 8 by using Three-Dimension.
