基于固本培元思想探讨大肠癌的防治

摘　　要：大肠癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,在全球所有恶性肿瘤中,大肠癌的发病率位居世界第三位,死亡率居第二位,在我国的发病率、死亡率仍在不断攀升。固本培元法是新安医学的代表思想,主张脾肾同治,以温、补为主要治法,大肠癌的病机总属本虚标实,脾肾亏虚是其根本病因,治法当以补脾益肾,培补元气,扶正固本为要,以达到邪去正安的目的。通过探讨大肠癌与脾肾的关系,阐述培本固元思想在大肠癌防治中的应用,以期为临床诊治提供依据和思路。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common digestive tract tumors.Among all malignant tumors in the world,the colorectal cancer ranks third in the world in incidence and second in mortality.In China,the incidence and mortality still keep increasing.The method of Guben Peiyuan(consolidating the root and cultivating the origin)is the representative thought of Xin’an Medicine and advocates the simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney,with warming and tonic as the main treatment method.The pathogenesis of the colorectal cancer always belongs to the deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom.The deficiency of spleen and kidney is the fundamental cause.The treatment of the disease is to invigorate the spleen and nourish kidney,cultivate primordial energy and strengthen healthy energy so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating evil and improving health.By discussing the relationship between the colorectal cancer and the spleen-kidney,the application of Guben Peiyuan thought in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer is expounded,in order to provide basis and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
