肢体浅表组织骨外尤文肉瘤超声表现与病理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肢体浅表组织骨外尤文肉瘤的超声表现及病理特征。方法回顾性分析3例经术后病理证实的肢体软组织浅层骨外尤文肉瘤患者的临床、超声及病理资料,并复习相关文献探讨其超声表现及病理特征。结果3例肢体骨外尤文肉瘤的主要超声表现为下肢皮下软组织浅层肿块,形态不规则,边界欠清,内部回声不均,血流较丰富,呈低速低阻血流频谱,术后病理结果均为原始神经外胚层肿瘤(PNET)/骨外尤文肉瘤。结论肢体浅表组织骨外尤文肉瘤的声像图具有一定的特征性表现,通过结合临床特征可提示诊断,但缺乏特异性,仍需与其他软组织肿瘤鉴别,确诊主要依靠病理及免疫组织化学检查。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and pathological features of superficial extrosseous Ewing′s sarcoma in the superficial tissues of limbs.Methods The clinical,ultrasonographic and pathological data of 3 cases with extranosseous Ewing′s sarcoma in the superficial soft tissue of extremity were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed to discuss the ultrasonographic manifestations and pathological features.Results The main ultrasonographic manifestations of 3 patients with extrabone Ewing′s sarcoma were superficial subcutaneous soft tissue masses of the lower extremity with irregular shape,unclear boundary,uneven internal echo,abundant blood flow and low speed and low resistance blood flow spectrum.The postoperative pathological results were all primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET)/extrabone Ewing′s sarcoma.Conclusion The ultrasonography of extraosseous Ewing′s sarcoma in superficial limb tissue has certain characteristics,which can be diagnosed by combining with clinical features.However,it lacks specificity and still needs to be differentiated from other soft tissue tumors.The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological and immunohistochemical examination.
