工作搜寻视角下江苏高职院校大学生就业能力匹配研究——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在当前的中国劳动力市场上,大学生就业难与企业招聘难的矛盾日益突出,对高等教育发展产生了极大影响。针对大学生的就业矛盾,借鉴菲尔普斯的工作搜寻理论,调研、剖析了传统大学生就业能力结构在与社会需求匹配过程中存在的不足,并设计了五层环包式的大学生就业能力模型,就如何降低市场摩擦、完善大学生的工作搜寻能力、提高与企业需求的匹配度等问题提出建议。In the current Chinese labor market,the contradiction is increasingly prominent between college students'employment difficulty and enterprises'recruitment difficulty,and even has a great impact on the development of higher education.In view of the employment contradiction of college students,drawing lessons from Phelps'theory of job search,this paper investigated and analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional structure of college students'employment ability in the process of matching with social needs,and designed a five-layer loop package model of college students'employment ability.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce market friction,improve college students'job searching ability,and improve the matching degree with enterprises'demands.
