精准资助视角下家庭经济困难学生认定工作研究

摘　　要：精准资助是提升资助绩效水平的内在要求,其工作起点是家庭经济困难学生的认定。家庭经济困难学生认定工作存在表征信息不对称和失真、家庭致贫因素复杂且具有波动性、认定标准单一和方法有限等问题。循环实施“望、闻、问、切”四阶段认定工作和建设“三位一体”保障机制,有利于精准开展家庭经济困难学生认定工作。Precision funding is the internal requirement to improve the level of funding performance,and the starting point of precision funding is the identification of students with financial difficulties.In the identification work,there are still some problems,such as the asymmetry and distortion of characterization information,the complexity and volatility of family poverty factors,the singleness of identification standards and the limitation of identification methods.Through the implementation of the four stage identification work cycle of“looking,smelling,hearing and asking”,and the construction of the“trinity”guarantee mechanism,it can provide an effective implementation path for the accurate identification of students with financial difficulties.
