摘　　要：落实立德树人根本任务,全面推进“课程思政”建设,就是要寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。在大学公选课的教学过程中,从需求出发、从潜意识切入,润物无声地开展“课程思政”,更有助于学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。本文以“笔记的使命”为例,从教学主题元素与思政育人元素之间的关联,深入分析了如何在公选课中进行“课程思政”的教学探索;思政育人元素来源于生活,从学情分析开始了解学生的真实需求,借鉴“翻转课堂”提高学生的参与度和积极性,最终改变“被教育”、“填鸭式”的教育模式,达到润物无声、潜移默化的“课程思政”的建设目标,使大学公选课更好地为高水平人才培养体系服务。To implement the fundamental task of building morality and educate the youth and to implement the“Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses”is to guide values in knowledge and ability training,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.In the university public elective courses,starting from the needs and starting from the subconscious,we can silently carry out the“Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses”,which is more helpful for students to shape a correct view of world,life and values.Taking“the mission of notes”as an example,this paper deeply analyzes how to carry out the“Values Education”in college optional courses from the relationship between teaching theme and ideological and political education;The elements of Ideological and political education come from life. Analyzing the learning situation, we can understand the real needs of students. Learning from the “flipped classroom”, we can improve students’ participation and enthusiasm, and finally change the “educated” and “Duck-stuffing” type of teaching. Achieving the goal of the “Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses” by silently and naturally, we can make the public elective courses better serve the high level talent training system.
