德阳产教融合型城市建设路径研究

摘　　要：建设产教融合型城市是落实《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》的重要举措。本文对产教融合的理论进行了梳理,论证了德阳建设产教融合型城市的必要性和可行性,立足成渝地区双城经济圈重大建设战略,建议从高起点规划“一高地三园区”、大力度创新职业教育发展体制机制、全方位推进人才培养培训改革、多维度降低校企合作成本和多层次构建产教融合体制机制五个方面推进产教融合型城市建设。To build a city integrating industry and education is an important measure to implement several opinions on deepening the integration of industry and Education.Based on the major construction strategy of Chengdu-Chongqing Duel Economic Circle,this paper analyzes the theory of industry and education integration and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of building a city of industry and education integration in Deyang City.It is suggested to promote the construction of industry-education integration city from five aspects:planning“one highland and three parks”from a high starting point,vigorously innovating the system and mechanism of vocational education development,comprehensively promoting the reform of talent cultivation and training,reducing the cost of school-enterprise cooperation in a multi-dimensional way,and constructing the system and mechanism of industry-education integration at multiple levels.
