摘　　要：从实验检测分析两例等位基因丢失案,检测发现在亲子鉴定中出现个别STR基因座不符合遗传规律时,当用不同的试剂盒进行检测验证;当不同的试剂盒进行检测都无法验证时,应增加其他遗传标记检测,结合基因座突变率计算亲权指数。Two cases of allele loss are analyzed from the experimental test.It is found that when some STR loci do not conform to the genetic rules in paternity test,different kits should be used for testing and verification.When different kits cannot be verified,other genetic marker tests should be added to calculate the parental index combined with loci mutation rate.
