摘　　要：贴片电阻具有重量轻、体积小、组装密度高、易于自动化装配等优点,在电子产品中应用越来越多。本文简单介绍了贴片电阻的结构和主要失效模式,针对典型的三例贴片电阻失效案例,展开失效原因和机理分析,对于相关工作人员具有一定的参考价值。Surface Mounting resistors are increasingly used in electronic products because of its advantages of light weight,small size,high assembly density and easy automatic assembly.This paper briefly introduces the main failure modes and construction of the Surface Mounting resistors.Aiming at three typical cases of Surface Mounting resistors,the failure reason and mechanism analysis is carried out,which has some reference value for relevant staff.
