网格化视域下高校学生安全工作管理路径研究

摘　　要：当前高校学生安全工作实施网格化管理模式,实现条块结合的“立体式”管理,提高管理水平。但因这一模式应用到高校学生安全管理工作时间不长,存在管理职权不清、思想认识不够、资源整合不力、管理实效不佳等问题,高校通过建立协同机制、树立柔性化管理理念、加快数据平台建设、提升人员素质等路径,进一步提升高校学生安全工作网格化实效。The current safety work of students in advanced education has implemented grid management model,which has realized the integration of departments and regions at different levels of"three-dimensional"management and improved the management level.However,owing to the short time for this management model applied in safety work of students in advanced education,there are also many problems,such as unclear administration authority,incomplete understanding,poor resources integration and management effectiveness.Colleges and universities will take useful strategies to further improve the effectiveness of the current safety work of students in advanced education including establishing cooperative mechanism,flexible management concept and data platform and strengthening the quality of personnel.
