基于BOPPPS教学模式的高职院校家政服务与管理专业课程改革研究——以营养套餐与烹调课程为例

摘　　要：在当前高校现代家政服务与管理专业“外热内冷”培养困境下,如何培养出符合社会需求的家政服务与管理人才,是当前专业建设发展的重心。而课程改革又是专业建设的关键一环,直接影响专业发展质量。本文结合营养套餐与烹调课程,以BOPPPS教学模式为基础,从课程体系、课程结构、考核方式等方面提出针对性的改进意见。Facing the difficulties“great demand in employment while small quantity in enrollment”during the cultivation of modern household service and management major in colleges and universities,the issue on how to cultivate household service and management talents to meet the social needs becomes the focus of the current professional development.Curriculum reform,as a key part of professional construction,directly affects the quality of professional development.Based on the BOPPPS teaching mode,this paper takes the course“nutrition packages and cooking”as the examle to propose targeted improvements from the aspects of curriculum system,curriculum structure,assessment methods and so on.
