摘 要:针对屏栅电源的传统PID双闭环控制精度低及鲁棒性弱的问题,提出了电流内环采用PID控制器、电压外环采用MPC控制器的双闭环控制方法。该方法首先分析了新型双全桥拓扑的结构及工作模式,其次根据拓扑建立小信号模型并设计电流内环控制器参数,将内环作为被控对象建立预测模型并完成MPC控制器设计。为验证MPC双闭环控制方法的合理性,最后在Matlab中搭建MPC双闭环控制和PID双闭环控制进行对比。仿真实验表明,与PID双闭环控制相比,MPC双闭环控制能有效克服因负载扰动对输出的影响,提高系统的动态性能和抗干扰能力。To solve the problems of low control precision and weak robustness of the traditional PID dual closed-loop control of a beam supply,a dual closed-loop control method using a PID controller in the inner current loop and a model predictive control(MPC)controller in the outer voltage loop is proposed.First,the structure and working mode of the novel dual full-bridge topology are analyzed.Then,a small signal model based on the topology is established,and the parameters of the controller in the inner current loop is designed,and the inner loop is taken as the controlled object to establish a prediction model and complete the design of the MPC controller.To verify the rationality of the MPC dual closed-loop control method,the PMC dual closed-loop control and PID dual closed-loop control are built in MATLAB for comparison.Simulation results show that compared with the PID dual closed-loop control,the MPC dual closed-loop control can effectively overcome the influence of load disturbance on output and improve the dynamic performance and anti-interference capability of the system.
