摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性心脏血管肉瘤的CT及MRI图像对诊断以及手术可切除性判断的指导价值。方法 搜集南京鼓楼医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的4例原发性心脏血管肉瘤患者的相关资料,通过对比病变影像资料和手术切除情况以及复习相关文献,探讨更有利于原发性心脏血管肉瘤诊疗的辅助检查策略。结果 共4例原发性心脏血管肉瘤患者入选,术前CT及MRI图像提示1例患者病灶存在完整切除可能性,另外3例患者病灶难以完整切除,最终手术可切除性评价的结果与术前影像学评估结果相一致。结论 联合应用CT及MRI检查有助于术前对心脏血管肉瘤的鉴别诊断,同时能够为这类患者治疗策略的制定提供更多有价值的参考信息。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and judgement value of surgical resectability of CT and MR images in the clinical therapy of primary cardiac angiosarcomas.Methods The clinical data of 4 patients who had primary cardiac angiosarcomas and received operation in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected.By comparing the image characteristics and resectability of the lesions,the examination strategy which was more conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of primary cardiac angiosarcoma was analyzed.Results A total of 4 patients with primary cardiac angiosarcomas were selected.Preoperative CT and MR examinations predicted that 1 in the 4 patients’ lesion might be completely removed while the other 3 patients’ lesions were very difficult to be resected.The final outcome of the operation was consistent with the results predicted by preoperative imaging.Conclusion Combination of CT and MRI examination would be helpful for the differential diagnosis of primary cardiac angiosarcomas and might provide more valuable reference information for treatment strategies of the patients with primary cardiac angiosarcomas.
