摘　　要：机械取栓(MT)已成为急性大血管闭塞性缺血性卒中的标准治疗方法。本文检索近年来高质量的临床研究,对MT临床指南要点、指南外特殊患者(后循环卒中、轻型卒中、大核心梗死、远端血管闭塞等)的筛选和取栓策略等内容作一述评。Mechanical thrombectomy(MT)has become the standard treatment for acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion.Here,we review current high-quality studies including clinical trials to summarize and make comments on the guidelines of MT,the screening procedures and thrombectomy strategies for particular populations outside the pre-established guidelines including posterior circulation stroke,mild stroke,large-core infarction and distal vessel occlusion.
