摘　　要：创新能力是当代大学生必备的基本素质,是高校人才培养的重点。如何构建大学生创新能力培养模式已成为各高等院校研究的重要内容。桂林理工大学积极响应人才强国和创新驱动发展战略,始终以立德树人为根本,努力培养大学生的创新意识和创新能力,深化素质教育理念,旨在培养出更多的高素质人才。Innovation ability is the necessary quality and ability of contemporary college students and the core issue of improving the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.At present,how to construct the cultivation mode of college students’ innovation ability has become an important content of research in colleges and universities.Guilin University of Technology actively responds to the strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents,strives to cultivate college students’ innovation consciousness and ability,and deepen the connotation of quality-oriented education,so as to cultivate more highquality talents for the country and the society.
