精准心理护理联合中医五音疗法在抑郁质乳腺癌患者术前护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察精准心理护理联合中医五音疗法在抑郁质乳腺癌患者术前护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例抑郁质乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取乳腺癌常规护理措施,观察组采取精准心理护理联合中医五音疗法。比较两组入院时及手术前2 h的抑郁、心理弹性及应对方式评分。比较两组的护理满意度评分。结果手术前2 h,两组患者的SDS评分均较入院时降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前2 h,两组患者的坚韧、自强、乐观评分及CD-RISC总分均较入院时升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前2 h,两组患者的积极应对评分高于入院时,消极应对评分低于入院时,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P=0.000)。结论在抑郁质乳腺癌患者术前护理中实施精准心理护理联合中医五音疗法可显著提高患者的心理弹性,促进其积极应对疾病,提升护理满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of precise psychological nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy in preoperative nursing of depressed breast cancer patients.Methods Eighty patients with depressive breast cancer admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures for breast cancer,and the observation group was given precise psychological nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy.The scores of depression,resilience and coping style at admission and at 2 h before operation were compared between the two groups.The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 h before operation,the SDS score of the two groups was lower than that at admission,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 2 h before operation,the scores of tenacity,self-improvement,optimism and the total score of CD-RISC in the two groups were higher than those at admission,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 2 h before operation,the positive coping score of the two groups was higher than that at admission,the negative coping score was lower than that at admission,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.000).Conclusion In the preoperative nursing of patients with depressive breast cancer,the implementation of precise psychological nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy can significantly improve the psychological elasticity of patients,promote their positive response to disease,and improve nursing satisfaction.
