摘　　要：为延长硬PVC排水管材的使用寿命,提升市政排水工程的施工质量,该文针对市政排水工程中硬PVC排水管材的自然老化行为进行综合分析。硬PVC管具有良好的耐腐蚀性与低粗糙度,刚度与柔性较好,其自然老化主要是由于自身分子缺陷、紫外光照影响、自身颜色影响以及质量不佳等因素影响,其中紫外线照射对硬PVC管的伤害最大,采用热稳定剂以及光稳定剂可改善该类排水管的老化情况。In order to prolong the service life of rigid PVC drainage pipes and improve the construction quality of municipal drainage projects, this article comprehensively analyzes the natural aging behavior of rigid PVC drainage pipes used in municipal drainage projects. Rigid PVC pipe has good corrosion resistance and low roughness, good rigidity and flexibility, and its natural aging is mainly due to its own molecular defects, the influence of ultraviolet light, its own color and poor quality and other factors. Among them, ultraviolet radiation is the most harmful to rigid PVC pipe, and the use of heat stabilizers and light stabilizers can improve the aging of this type of drainage pipe.
