摘 要:针对火电厂自检系统存在的缺乏全面分析诊断、智能自检的问题,设计了基于RBF神经网络模型的火电厂设备智能自检方案。该方案以计算机为核心,周期性采集传感器数据并经建立的RBF算法模型处理、去模糊、决策后发出设备控制指令,完成设备故障智能诊断。实际应用情况表明:该方案能够实现火电厂设备一键自检、智能故障分析、智能监控,从而保证设备稳定、安全、高效运行。Aiming at the lack of comprehensive analysis and diagnosis and intelligent self-inspection in the self-inspection system of thermal power plants,an intelligent self-inspection scheme for thermal power plant equipment based on the RBF neural network model is designed.The program uses a computer as the core,periodically collecting sensor data and processing it through the established RBF algorithm model,de-fuzzing,and issuing equipment control instructions after decision-making,and completes the intelligent diagnosis of equipment faults.The actual application situation shows that the solution can realize one-key self-checking,intelligent fault analysis,and intelligent monitoring of thermal power plant equipment,ensuring stable,safe,and efficient operation of equipment.
