摘　　要：从政治发展的历史视角来看,近代以来西方政党政治的移植屡遭破产,肇始了中国政党政治的探索之路,为中国新型政党制度的确立提供了经验教训和历史契机。中国共产党坚持马克思主义政党理论与中国政治实际相结合,通过建立亲密友党关系、开展多党合作、进行政治协商的方式,创造了顺应国家治理现代化大趋势的中国新型政党制度。中国政党政治发展历史表明,中国新型政党制度是符合本国国情的正确选择、实现民主政治的有效方式、强化权力监督的基本保障、促进党际和谐的重要支撑,对于世界政党政治与政治文明来说具有类型学意义。The experiment of multi-party competition,one-party monopoly and two-party cooperation system in China started the exploration of party politics in China from the historical perspective of political development.The failure of imitating the western party system provides experience and opportunity for the origin of China's political party system.By combining Marxist party theory with China's political reality,the CPC has created a new type of political party system in China that conforms to the general trend of modernization of national governance by establishing close and friendly party relations,conducting multi-party cooperation and conducting political consultation.The development history of China's party politics shows that the China's political party system is a correct choice in accordance with China's national conditions,an effective way to realize democratic politics,a basic guarantee to strengthen power supervision and an important support to promote inter-party harmony.It is of typological significance to party politics and political civilization in the world.
