肾结石患者术后护理中采取延续护理服务的可行性及有效性

摘　　要：目的浅析延续护理服务在肾结石患者术后护理中的可行性与有效性。方法将本院收治的84例肾结石患者纳入本次研究,经电脑随机分为各42例的两组,观察组与对照组分别采取延续性护理与常规护理,对比组间护理效果。结果观察组比对照组自我效能、服务内容、服务态度及人员素质评分更高,数据比较,差异显著(P<0.05);相较对照组,观察组在对患者进行干预后,有更低的概率出现并发症和复发情况,但有更高的遵医行为、知识知晓和护理满意度,将数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在对肾结石患者进行手术治疗后,采取延续性护理服务措施对患者进行干预,能够更好的对护理的质量进行提升,让患者对术后的各项知识更加了解,能够更好的依从治疗工作,减少患者出现并发和复发的概率,得到更好的预后,适合应用。Objective To analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of continuous nursing service in postoperative nursing of patients with renal calculi.Methods Eighty-four patients with renal calculus in our hospital were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases by computer.The observation group and the control group were treated with continuous nursing and routine nursing respectively,and the effect of nursing between groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores of selfefficacy,service content,service attitude and personnel quality,and the data comparison showed a significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the observation group had a lower probability of intervening patients after intervention Complications and recurrence occurred,but there were higher compliance behaviors,knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction,and the data were compared with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion After the renal calculus patient carries on the surgery treatment,takes the continuing nng service measure to carry on the intervention to the patient,can better carry on the enhancement to the nng quality,lets the patient understand after the surgery each knowledge more,can better comply with treatment work,reduce the incidence of patients with complications and recurrence,get a better prognosis,suitable for application.
