摘  要:焦亡是一种炎症类型的程序性细胞死亡方式,发生于炎症小体激活后。焦亡直接由最近发现的一个被称为Gasdermin(GSDM)的成孔蛋白家族调节,其最具特征的是Gasdermin D(GSDMD)。最近的研究表明焦亡与多种神经系统病变的发病机制有关,尤其在缺血性脑卒中的病理发展中,焦亡有广泛的参与。本文主要讨论诱发焦亡的分子机制和发生缺血性脑卒中时焦亡的分子靶点,以期为缺血性脑卒中后脑损伤的治疗及预后提供新的策略。Pyroptosis is a type of inflammatory programmed cell death that occurs after the activation of inflammasome.Pyroptosis is directly regulated by a recently discovered pore-forming protein family called gasdermin(GSDM),the most characteristic of which is gasdermin D(GSDMD).Recent studies have shown that pyroptosis is related to the pathogenesis of a variety of nervous system diseases,especially the ischemic stroke.This paper mainly discusses the molecular mechanism of inducing pyroptosis and the molecular targets of pyroptosis in ischemic stroke,in order to provide a new strategy for the treatment and prognosis of brain injury after ischemic stroke.
